The Ackah-Mensah Foundation
At TAM Foundation, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to experience the joy and lifelong benefits of learning a musical instrument. Music is a powerful tool that can enrich lives, foster creativity, and build valuable skills.
Unfortunately, for many children in our communities, financial barriers or lack of access to instruments can prevent them from pursuing this enriching experience.
We are dedicated to breaking down those barriers and ensuring that all children have the chance to discover the music within them.

Founder
Randy Ackah-Mensah is a Ghanaian with over 15 years of working experience in Ghana’s financial markets focusing on strategy, sales & business development and execution of financial securities in equities, government and corporate bonds, currencies and corporate advisory.
Over the years, Randy has drawn inspiration and strength from family, the Christian faith, career, his hobbies in music and outdoor sports leading to starting a Foundation that seeks to empower communities by identifying essential needs and developing collaborative solutions for lasting impact. He strongly believes, that Africans must solve their problems the African way – using basic and cutting-edge technologies to drive change and improve the lives of its people.
